Guests are asked to provide the courtesy of at least 48 hours notice when cancelling/rescheduling appointments. If less than 48 hours notice is given, guests will be required to pay a re-booking fee of $25 per service ($50 for color services or The Curl Discovery Session) cancelled, prior to rescheduling.
No-show appointments, or those that arrive too late for the service to still be rendered, will require a re-booking fee equal to the value of the full missed service.
Peak Season Policies
Due to the increased demand during the busy holiday season, I require a 7 day notice of any appointment shifts or cancellations in the months of November and December. Any cancellations less than 7 days in advance will result in a $50 per service ($100 for color services or The Curl Discovery Session) re-booking fee to be paid prior to rescheduling. Any appointments cancelled within this time frame may be unable to be re-booked until January due to this increased demand.
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your color or cut, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Any changes made that are outside of what was discussed in our consult, are a shift from the original goal, or are a result of improper home care (color or curl routine), will result in new charges.
I want you to be completely satisfied with any product purchase you make with me. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a replacement product or credit toward a replacement, so long as you contact The Curl Suite within 14 days of purchase.
