Cancellations
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a rebooking fee valued at 50% of the estimated total for booked services will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. In the event of a no-show or late arrival that prevents the completion of the scheduled service, a rebooking fee equal to the full value of the service will be required.
Adjustments
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your color or cut, contact me by email at sarah@thecurlsuitemi.com within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Any changes made that are outside of what was discussed in our consult, are a shift from the original goal, or are a result of improper home care (color or curl routine), will result in new charges.
Retail
I want you to be completely satisfied with any product purchase you make with me. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a replacement product or credit toward a replacement, so long as you contact The Curl Suite within 14 days of purchase.
